General rules for Returns and Refunds Policy

A. Returns and Refunds

BWTCmall allows unconditional returns for most items within 30 days after the date of receipt. Items that are damaged, defective, or not as described on the website can be returned within 30 days (180 days for some items), and can be repaired or maintained for 1 year from the date of receipt.

B. Receipt and return window deadline

The receipt date used to calculate the return window period is one day after the delivery date displayed on the BWTCmall platform or third-party logistics platform. If you missed the return window due to a late delivery or an error message displayed on the logistics platform, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

C. Non-returnable Items

(a) Custom or personalized items

(b) Items that are confirmed by you at the time of purchase and that are not suitable for their return:

  i) Items classified as dangerous substances, or items that are easily deteriorated after opening

  ii) Once the item that will be devalued is used

  iii) Deliberately buying or defective goods near the date of sale

  iv) Items marked on the product description page with the label "Not allowed to return unconditionally"

(d) Items that cannot be returned in full, ie original condition, with all attachments and trademarks

(e) Goods not purchased from BWTCmall

(f) Unauthorized modification, misuse, negligence, alteration of improper use of the item causing quality problems, or certificate, report number, item type/serial number or label changed item or service

(g) Items whose information is inconsistent with the warranty certificate information

(h) open games or software

(i) Items with security labels are scraped off

D. Other Rules of Return

(a) Items must be returned along with any accompanying free gifts for a full refund.

(b) Carefully inspect your purchase at the time of receipt. If the packaging or item is damaged, and you would like to reject receipt of the package, please inform the delivery personnel immediately. If you discover any defects after confirming receipt of your item, please submit a claim for a refund within 72 hours of confirmation. You may be required to provide a photo or video of your purchase for verification. Any late claims will not be accepted.

(c) Back up any data before returning data storage products to BWTCmall for repairs. BWTCmall does not provide data storage and exportation services, and will not be liable for any data loss or corruption

(d) BWTCmall reserves the right to issue a refund without a return of the item.

(e) Items can only be returned, and cannot be exchanged or replaced.

(f) BWTCmall will provide a return shipping address, and you provide and pay for your own mailing label.

(g) A quality inspection report or other documentation issued by an authority is required to support any disputes regarding the quality of your purchase.

(h) Returned items must be in an unused, undamaged, and re-sellable condition, and must be returned with all accompanying accessories.

(i) BWTCmall will assume responsibility of returned items upon their arrival at the designated warehouse.
