REGULATIONS

  • There are currently no mandatory requirements in Brunei.
  • The Energy Labelling Scheme is voluntary for room air conditioners.
  • The Energy Label will be issued in the form of a certificate and shall be based on a 5-Star rating scheme.

GUIDELINES

  • Manufacturers who wish to participate in the Energy Labelling Scheme may submit applications for both supplier registration and product registration to the Division.
