  • What payment methods can I use?

You can pay using the following methods:

  • How to pay with each payment method

·         Online Pay (Applicable to all regions but subject to an additional 4.5% service charge)

·         Bank Offline Transfer / Global (Applicable to the United States, Australia, Canada and Europe, no service charge)

Then select the payment account based on the currency (USD AUD CAD EUR)


·         Bank Wire Transfers / TT / Asia (Applicable to China and Hong Kong, charging a small service fee)

Then select the payment account based on the currency (USD HKD)

  • How can I complete an order that is awaiting payment?

If you have an order that is awaiting payment and you want to pay, or you want to pay with a different payment method, please do as follows:


1. Sign in to your account and click on "My Order."

2. Choose the pending order you want to pay and click “Detail”.

3. You will be directed to the checkout payment page. Choose the payment method you want and complete the payment.


  • What to do after completing offline payment?

Please contact customer service and provide relevant payment vouchers and order numbers, we will verify and process


  • Why was the wrong amount deducted from my account?

Please contact your card issuer to double-check. In many cases, the money is refused or held by the bank. If your payment was transferred incorrectly or twice, please contact our Customer Service Team and provide an official bank statement.



  • Why was my PayPal payment declined?

All payment processing is handled directly by PayPal. BWTCMALL is not given any payment information. Payment may be declined for various reasons; please check the following and contact PayPal for further help:

·         Zero balance without backup funding

·         returned check

·         negative balance

·         spending limit exceeded

·         credit card expired
